CUSTOMER STORY — MEN'S HEALTH

Fifty states in days, not quarters.

A men's health brand with a national audience and no clinical infrastructure went from signed agreement to seeing patients in under two weeks — and turned its planned three-state pilot into a 50-state launch the same month.

We planned a three-state pilot because that is what launches used to look like. Tessic had us credentialed everywhere, so the pilot became a national launch in the same month.

Founder, MEN'S HEALTH BRAND

01 — THE CHALLENGE

The wall they hit.

The brand had spent two years building an audience — content, community, and a waitlist that spanned the country. What it did not have was a clinic. Every path it explored started the same way: register entities, engage counsel, credential providers state by state, contract a pharmacy, and hope the market was still there in nine months.

The state-by-state math was brutal. A three-state pilot was the only launch its advisors considered realistic, which meant telling most of the waitlist to keep waiting — and watching competitors absorb the demand the brand had created.

02 — THE SOLUTION

What Tessic stood up.

Tessic stood the clinic up on the Launch program. The MSO and friendly-PC structure was drafted for the brand's ownership, providers licensed in all 50 states were credentialed under its name, and the pharmacy network — cold-chain fulfillment included — came already contracted. There was nothing to assemble.

The branded storefront and patient portal went live in under a week. The three-state pilot ran exactly as planned — for a few days. Credentialing already covered the remaining forty-seven states, so the team simply switched them on before the first month closed.

Sexual health, hair, and hormone therapy launched together on the same infrastructure — three verticals a state-by-state build would have forced the brand to sequence over years.

03 — THE RESULTS

Where they are now.

First patient seen in under two weeks from signature. Nationwide availability inside the first month. The waitlist converted while it was still warm, and the launch announcement said all fifty states — a line no competitor could match.

Because consults are $25 flat and medication carries no markup, the economics held at every volume the launch produced. Growing faster than planned carried no penalty.

The clinic is the brand's own — its entity, its patients, its records. What Tessic actually sold the founder was time: the two years of licensing and contracting the brand never had to spend.
