Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Tessic Health, Inc. (“Tessic Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tessichealth.com, request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise interact with our marketing site. It applies to this website only — not to the clinics we operate on behalf of our clients, which are governed separately as described below.

01

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us. When you submit a contact or demo-request form, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, work email address, company name, role, and anything you write in the message field. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. None of these forms requires you to create an account or provide payment information.

We also collect a limited amount of information automatically when you browse the site: the pages you view, the link or campaign that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate region derived from your IP address, and how you interact with the site. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the site is used, as described in the Cookies and Analytics section below.

Please do not submit health information through this website. Our forms exist for business inquiries, and we treat everything you send through them as business correspondence. If you are a patient looking for care, contact your clinic directly — this site is not a channel for medical questions or records.

02

How We Use Information

We use contact and demo-request information to do the thing you asked us to do: respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, follow up on a sales conversation, and provide the materials you requested. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to send it; every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and opting out takes effect immediately.

We use usage information to operate and improve the site — to see which pages answer questions and which don’t, to measure whether our marketing is working, and to keep the site fast and reliable across devices.

Finally, we use information as needed to protect the site and our business: detecting and preventing fraud or abuse, enforcing our Terms of Service, and complying with legal obligations. We do not use information collected through this website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

03

Protected Health Information and HIPAA

This website is a marketing site, not a patient portal. No medical care is delivered through it, no patient accounts exist on it, and we do not collect protected health information (“PHI”) through it. This Privacy Policy governs marketing-site data only.

Tessic Health operates white-label telehealth clinic infrastructure for business clients. PHI processed within those operated clinics is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), by business associate agreements (BAAs) between Tessic Health and its clients, and by each clinic’s own notice of privacy practices — not by this policy. Within that structure, our clients own their patients, records, and data, with full portability.

If you are a patient of a clinic that runs on Tessic Health infrastructure and you have questions about your health information — or want to exercise your rights under HIPAA — contact that clinic directly using the contact information in its patient portal or notice of privacy practices. We support our clients in honoring those requests, but the clinic is your point of contact.

04

Cookies and Analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make the site work — they remember basic preferences and protect forms against abuse. The site functions without any marketing or advertising cookies, because we don’t use any.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure site traffic in aggregate: page views, referral sources, and general usage patterns. Our analytics configuration truncates IP addresses and does not build individual profiles of visitors. We look at trends, not people.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; the site will continue to work if you do. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable law gives it effect.

05

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. That is true today and we intend to keep it that way.

We share information with a small set of service providers that help us run the site and our sales process — hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer relationship management. Each provider is bound by contract to process information only on our instructions, only for the purpose we engaged them for, and to protect it appropriately.

We may disclose information where the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order — or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tessic Health, our clients, or others. If Tessic Health is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

06

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it. Contact and demo-request information is retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back.

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only a suppression record so we don’t email you again. Analytics data is retained in identifiable form for no more than fourteen months, after which it exists only in aggregate.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see Your Rights below. Where we are legally required to retain certain records, we will keep only what the obligation requires, for only as long as it requires.

07

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal information. Regardless of jurisdiction, we extend the following to everyone who interacts with this site:

  • Access — ask us what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
  • Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
  • Portability — receive the information you gave us in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from the newsletter or any sales follow-up at any time.

08

Security

We protect information collected through this site with measures appropriate to its sensitivity: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that limit information to the people who need it for their role, and logging and monitoring of access to our systems.

The security posture of the broader Tessic Health platform — including SOC 2 Type II certification and HIPAA-grade controls for the clinics we operate — is described on our Trust & Security page at tessichealth.com/security.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If an incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as applicable law requires.

09

Children’s Privacy

This website is a business-to-business site directed at companies building telehealth brands. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us at privacy@tessichealth.com and we will delete it promptly.

10

Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the site, our practices, or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will notify you more prominently — by email where we have your address, or by a notice on this site.

To exercise any of the rights above, submit a request to privacy@tessichealth.com from the email address your request concerns. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, and we respond to verified requests within thirty days. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

Questions about this policy or our privacy practices generally can also go to privacy@tessichealth.com. Tessic Health is remote-first and operates in all 50 states; email is the fastest way to reach the right person.
